Dr. Neaville grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas. Dr. Neaville received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock and then received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.  Dr. Neaville completed his internship and residency at Arkansas Children's Hospital.  After residency, Dr. Neaville moved to Wisconsin where he completed a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine in Madison.  After completing his fellowship, Dr. Neaville was on full-time faculty at the University of Southwestern Medical School in both the Department of Internal Medicine and the Department of Pediatrics.  He served as the Medical Director of Allergy and Asthma at Children's Medical Center of Dallas until his departure in 2007.  Dr. Neaville still remains on volunteer staff at Children's Medical Center working with medical students, residents and fellows.  Dr. Neaville is board certified in both pediatrics, as well as, allergy and immunology.
